The Spring 2021 Meeting will be held virtually on April 30th, 2021.  This meeting include both the YIS and MedPhys Slam competitions.  Abstracts are being accepted for general presentations as well as the competitions must be submitted to nwaapm@gmail.com by 5pm, February 19th, 2021.

The may 22nd meeting will be a virtual meeting. There will be no vendor sponsorship, but everyone can attend the meeting. The meeting will be approximately 1/2 of the normal meeting day. The cost for the virtual meeting is $10. You will need to register for CAMPEP or MDCB credits as part of your registration by selecting that choice.

NWAAPM is committed to fostering community engagement and outreach to promote medical physics. One of our chapter's physicists, Jessica Fagerstrom of Northwest Medical Physics Center, is a Science Communication Fellow at the Pacific Science Center, which is hosting Curiosity Days on November 10!

Join Jessica for Curiosity Days at the Pacific Science Center on Saturday, November 10. Following funding for community outreach training from the NWAAPM, Jessica and other members of Northwest Medical Physics Center will be leading a series of workshops introducing young scientists to medical physics.
