  • For vendors who were unable to obtain a table for this meeting but who want to support the chapter and attend. Your company's name and logo will appear on the agenda and your sponsorship will be recognized from the podium. These registrations do not count towards our cap on total number of vendors. This includes entry for two vendor personnel.

Agenda A link to the agenda will be provided soon. While details are not yet finalized, the approximate time for registration and continental breakfast is 8AM with the program running from 8:30AM to 4PM. 

Education Credits: We will be applying for CAMPEP and MDCB credits.

Social Event:  

Post-Conference Gathering: Drinks will be served in the Talaris Conference Center on Friday following the meeting.

Hotel Information: Discounted rooms are available through the Talaris Conference Center or the nearby Silver Cloud Hotel - University District . Please call Talaris at (206) 268-7000 or Silver Cloud at at (206) 526-5200 and specify that you are reserving a room in the American Association of Physicists in Medicine block. Rooms are available for 9/5 and 9/6.
