Vendor Registration - NWAAPM Spring Meeting 2025

When: Friday, May 2, 2025

Vendor Registration Opens: 12 AM Pacific time the morning of February 6

Where: OHSU Knight Cancer Research Building at the Waterfront, 2720 S Moody Ave, Portland, OR 97201

Parking: OHSU Schnitzer Lot is immediately adjacent to the venue for the meeting. Address: 2600 S Moody Ave, Portland, Oregon 97201 . The cost to park in the Schnitzer Lot during operational hours is $3 hourly, and $13 for all-day via the pay stations within the Schnitzer Lot.

Speaker and Vendors Dinner: Thursday, May 1, with venue information TBD.

Pre-Conference Gathering: We invite our copper, silver, and gold vendor partners to join us at 6PM on Thursday, May 1st at Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House, located at 210 NW 11th Ave, Portland, OR 97209. We will need to give our final headcount to the restaurant in advance, so please email nwaapm@gmail.com if you are planning to attend.

Post-Conference Gathering: Please join us immediately after the conference for a social event and reception. This will also be hosted onsite at KCRB. Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided.

Please also not that the booking link rate is fixed and thus, may or may not give you the lowest price as hotel prices fluctuate.

This block will cut off 3 weeks before the meeting date, so when we reach the cut-off date, any rooms that have not booked will just go back to the hotel inventory.  Guests can still contact the hotel and book after the cut-off date, and they will honor the rate, but it will depend upon availability

Pre-shipping Information for Vendors: OHSU has very limited space to store items so if the items are not bulky and can be shipped to the vendor’s hotel and brought onsite with vendors the day of the meeting that would be ideal and OHSU’s preference. Please use your hotels shipping services and bring onsite. If you have larger items that cannot be brought with you from your hotel, please let us know so we can help coordinate shipping of these items.
