Early Bird Registration: The deadline for early registration pricing is April 16.

When: Friday, May 2, 2025

Location: OHSU Knight Cancer Research Building, 2720 S Moody Ave, Portland, OR 97201

Education Credits: We will apply for both CAMPEP and MDCB credits.

Social Event: A reception will be held immediately following the meeting.

Dress Code: Business Casual.

ParkingOHSU Schnitzer Lot is immediately adjacent to the venue for the meeting. Address: 2600 S Moody Ave, Portland, Oregon 97201. The cost to park in the Schnitzer Lot during operational hours is $3 hourly, and $13 for all-day via the pay stations within the Schnitzer Lot.

Food/Refreshments: We intend to have a continental breakfast at the start of the meeting, two snack/coffee/refreshment breaks, and a lunch break.

Please also note that the booking link rate is fixed and thus, may or may not give you the lowest price as hotel prices fluctuate. This block will cut off 3 weeks before the meeting date, so when we reach the cut-off date, any rooms that have not booked will just go back to the hotel inventory. Guests can still contact the hotel and book after the cut-off date, and they will honor the rate, but it will depend upon availability.
