1) Bronze Level Sponsor – $700.00
2) Silver Level Sponsor – $1,500.00
3) Gold Level Sponsor – $2,500.00
4) Non-attending bronze sponsorship – $500.00
For vendors who are unable to attend the meeting but who want to support the chapter. Your company's name and logo will appear on the agenda and your sponsorship will be recognized from the podium. These registrations do not count towards our cap on total number of vendors.

A link to agenda will be provided soon. We have four distinguished invited speakers: Warren D'Souza (University of Maryland), Thomas Bortfeld (Harvard), Bob Timmermans (UT Southwestern), and Erika Chin (BCCA). While details are not yet finalized, the approximate time for registration and continental breakfast is 8AM with the program running from 8:30AM to 4PM.

Education Credits: We will be applying for CAMPEP and MDCB credits.

Social Event: TBD. There will be a social event at the conclusion of the meeting at the Rhein Haus (912 12th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 ), a short walk from the meeting.
