Corporate Sponsorship

We are the sole organization of medical physicists in the Northwest. We would love to have you at our meetings and help you connect with your physicist clients and clinical product users in person. All of our wonderful vendor sponsors are invited to join us at our pre-meeting speaker dinner, held the evening before the meeting.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Level Sponsorships are filled very soon after registration opens (sometimes within hours of opening). If you are interested in receiving information about sponsoring NWAAPM Chapter Meetings, please email us at NWAAPM@gmail.com to be added to our vendor list. The number of vendor sponsorship slots varies from meeting to meeting.

Chapter members can pay using their credit card. Vendor Sponsors may pay via credit card or by sending a check payable to NWAAPM to the NWAAPM Chapter Secretary-Treasurer:
