NWAAPM Fall Meeting 2026

We are excited to announce that the NWAAPM’s upcoming fall meeting will be held on October 23, 2026, at the Swedish Cherry Hill Campus in Seattle, WA.

Please save the date for a full day of programming featuring cutting-edge scientific and professional talks.

Date: Friday, October 23, 2026

Location: Swedish Cherry Hill Auditorium – The auditorium is in the main Swedish Cherry Hill hospital building at 500 17th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122

Parking: 16th Avenue Garage located at 511 16th Ave., Seattle, WA 98122. Visitors should enter off of 16th Avenue between Cherry and Jefferson and cross the skybridge to the main hospital.

Speaker and Vendors Dinner: We will be inviting our meeting speakers and all of our supporting vendor partners to join us for dinner and socializing the evening before the conference.

Hotel Info: We have a courtesy room block and 10% discount at nearby Silver Cloud Hotel – Broadway.

Rooms will be booked based on hotel availability and will not be held out of general inventory. Also, please note that the group cut-off date is 30 days prior to the groups arriving date (09/22/2026). Reservations made after the group cut-off date or if hotel occupancy is at 75% or above will be made at the best available rate.
